Keepsake Club Membership Terms

By joining the Tucked Away Keepsake Club, you agree to a recurring monthly membership at the price shown at checkout.

Your membership includes four scheduled doorstep collections, digitisation of up to 80 keepsakes per child across each completed 12-month membership cycle, simple captioning, your child’s digital collection, one landscape hardcover photo book and three personalised artwork magnets per child.

Membership payments are charged monthly and continue until cancelled. You may cancel at any time before your next scheduled payment. Cancelling stops future membership charges.

The annual hardcover photo book and three artwork magnets are included once 12 monthly membership payments have been completed for that child. If membership is cancelled before completing the 12-month cycle, these annual physical products are not included. Any digitisation already completed remains part of your Tucked Away digital collection, and your original keepsakes will be returned to you.

Your annual allowance is up to 80 keepsakes per child and may be used flexibly across your four collection rounds. Unused pieces do not roll over into the next membership year.

Additional keepsakes beyond your annual allowance may be accepted for an additional fee and are subject to available book capacity.

Scheduled collection dates will be communicated in advance. If you are unable to participate in a collection round, please contact Tucked Away so we can discuss the next available collection option.

If a monthly payment fails, we’ll contact you and your membership services may be paused until payment details are updated.

After each completed 12-month cycle, your membership continues at the applicable monthly rate unless you cancel. We’ll contact you before your next annual cycle begins.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
